This gut remodel and interior design project involved reconfiguring spaces to be more purposeful and comfortable for the client’s desired use of each space. The overall design aesthetic involves a neutral palette through out, with understated elegance, and a transitional French Country motif. One area that strays from this standard is the Library, which we wanted to be a striking “jewel box” moment with saturated colors and bold patterns.
The purpose of this project was to curate a unique and functional space that was cohesive yet unexpected. The design was anchored with a Mid-Century Modern foundation and brushed with eclectic touches of tribal art, artifacts, specimens from nature, and traditional pieces.
